Hi, my name is Michaela! I'm currently based in Maricopa and am looking to connect with a new family for a nanny position. I have 9 years of paid childcare experience working with children of various ages. I focus on creating a safe, structured, and positive environment while maintaining strong communication with parents so you are always informed about your child's day and any important updates. I really enjoy being hands-on with kids and encouraging learning through play, whether that's outdoor activities, arts and crafts, reading, or everyday routines that help build life skills. I'm also comfortable being active and engaging throughout the day and supporting children in both structured and free play. I have my own reliable transportation, do not smoke, and have completed CPR training in the past, so I still retain that knowledge and would be willing to renew my certification if needed.
