About Kaitlyn

I have a strong passion for working with kids, backed by three years of experience in daycare teaching and pediatric speech-language therapy. I am in my first year of my Master's Degree and also pursuing two internships that involve teaching literacy skills to children. I am patient, creative, and friendly, and I am determined to make a positive impact on each child's life. I am comfortable caring for children and supporting families while providing a safe and stimulating environment. I enjoy being outside, playing board games, and educational games that promote growth and learning. I am also happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I am certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training for adults and children. I prioritize open communication with parents using your preferred method and I am flexible to change. I speak English, as well as intermediate American Sign Language!
