About Charlotte

We cannot recommend Charlotte highly enough. She has been such a loving, patient, and positive presence in our family’s life, and we are incredibly grateful for the care she has provided to our daughter. Charlotte is extremely hands-on and intentional with the way she engages with children. She takes our daughter on enriching outings like the park, botanical garden, and story time, and creates such a warm and nurturing environment for her to learn and grow. It feels like our daughter learns something new every day, whether it’s language, social skills, independence, or simply curiosity about the world around her. One thing we especially appreciate is how respectful she is of our parenting style. She has always followed our lead and supported the routines and approach that are important to us, while also gently offering helpful tips and tricks from her many years of experience caring for children. I come home from work and hear all the fun being had, and my husband, who works from home most days, constantly comments on how positive, engaging, and joyful their interactions are throughout the day. Our daughter will be starting daycare soon, but she absolutely adores Charlotte and points things out and says her name even on the days she is not with us. Charlotte has truly been a godsend to our family, and we are so grateful we found her.
