About Kaitlin

Hi! I'm Kaitlin, an experienced educator and childcare provider with a background in special education, child development, and behavior support. I hold a Master's degree in Special Education and have spent several years working closely with children of varying ages, abilities, and support needs. In addition to my professional experience as a special education teacher, I have previous experience as a long-term nanny and genuinely love building meaningful relationships with children and their families. I'm comfortable supporting daily routines, play and activities, homework and learning, outings, behavior and social-emotional needs, and children who may need a little extra individualized support. I'm also happy to help make family life easier with light household tasks, errands, pet care, and other day-to-day needs. I'm dependable, patient, organized, and flexible, and I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your children.
