About Kaitlin

I'm an experienced tutor and academic coach with a strong background in writing, study skills, and student success. I've worked as a Writing Tutor at Rhode Island College and Johnson & Wales University, helping students with brainstorming, organization, and strengthening their writing across subjects. As an Academic Success Coach, I supported college students in building skills in time management, organization, and reading comprehension through a personalized, strengths-based approach. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Development & Family Studies and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I currently work as a therapist in an outpatient and school settings, which allows me to effectively support neurodivergent students by creating a structured, supportive, and confidence-building learning environment. My background in child development allows me to tailor my tutoring experiences to a wide variety of ages!
