About Kadence

Unlocking your child's unique potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With two years of experience, I specialize in creating a patient, supportive environment where elementary students build confidence alongside their academic skills. Whether we are exploring Math, English, or the Arts, I adapt my methods to your child's individual style by using visual aids, hands-on activities, and real-world examples. I believe in breaking complex concepts into manageable steps, celebrating every "aha!" moment as we work toward your student's goals. Clear, consistent communication with you is my priority to ensure we remain a collaborative team. I hold a college degree and am fully prepared to help your student thrive in any setting, from your home to the local library. Seeing a student's face light up when they finally master a challenging skill is the greatest joy I find in my work.
