About Julissa

Hello! My name is Ms. Julissa, and I am an assistant teacher(paraprofessional) currently working in a middle school for the Department of Education. I have experience supporting students with different learning styles and helping them build confidence in their academic skills. I offer after-school homework help and tutoring for students in grades 3-8. I support students with reading comprehension, math practice, study skills, organization, and completing assignments successfully in a positive and encouraging environment. My goal is to help students feel confident, stay organized, and strengthen their understanding of schoolwork. Sessions are available Monday, Tuesday and Friday evenings.
