I am a caring Christian Educator who believes that our children are our future. Dedicated to creating a fun environment where children can thrive in an atmosphere that is comforting, stimulating and appropriate to their abilities. Over the past 20 plus years, I have watched children 6 weeks to age 12. I have worked as Assistant Director of a Private Christian Preschool as well as having my own licensed Home Daycare. I have had child development classes as well as experience in Abeka curriculum. I've had Tecta Training, CPR and First Aid. I have taught self-help skills, planned and directed field trips, implemented story-time activities designed to stimulate play and learning, I have taught writing skills and basic letter formation, as well as provided cooking and cleaning. Julie did an incredible job taking care of our children for over 2 years (beginning from 6 months until age 3). She always put their health, safety, and well-being above all else and drew from her rich experience to find fun ways to help with their learning and development. She cares deeply about doing a great job and works well with parents to ensure their preferences are met. My children adore her and she became essentially an extension of our family throughout that time. Would highly recommend Julie!
