My experience caring for people started when I was 10 years old where I was a companion and did light housekeeping for an elderly woman. Soon after that I did the same position but at the convent with 8 nuns in my neighborhood. After high school, I went to college and became a teacher. And after 20 years I retired from teaching and became a live in caregiver for 3 years. After that experience I've been working with a variety of people with various needs. I truly enjoy spending time caring for people and those who especially need care, comfort and support.
