About Constand

I am a patient, kind, understanding, supportive, and honest caregiver with over 12 years of experience working with seniors, children, teenagers, adults, and individuals with disabilities. My caregiving journey began in 2010 when my mother, aunt, and young nephew became ill and needed assistance with daily activities. I studied Sociology, which strengthened my understanding of people and human behavior. I am passionate about improving the lives of those who need support while promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. My key skills include empathy, communication, patience, observation, and attention to detail. In my spare time, I enjoy attending church.
