About Julia

Hi there! My name is Julia . I have babysat since I was a teenager. Post college I worked for 4 years at an outdoor education facility on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. I have lead students in the outdoors for years through experiential learning experiences. Through this position I was also the head of residential life for our overnight programming. I oversaw the residential program where we would supervise and stay with students in tents for their overnight experience. I am passionate about working with children and love to inspire them to learn and play through experiences! I love working with kids because they are very creative and are excited to share their thoughts and ideas if you provide them a safe and open space to do so. I'm looking for a job in which I can connect with children and make a positive impact on their lives. My skills include planning and facilitating actives, integrating education into play, and a keen eye for social and emotional development!
