I bring a deep passion and commitment to supporting children with disabilities, both professionally and personally. As a paraeducator, and nanny for 10+ years, I have hands-on experience working in inclusive classroom and home settings, where I've provided one-on-one and small group support to children with a variety of needs, including developmental delays, learning disabilities, and behavioral challenges. I take pride in fostering a nurturing, patient, and structured environment that helps every child feel seen, supported, and capable of success. In addition to my professional background, I am also a parent to a child with autism. This personal experience gives me a unique perspective, empathy, and understanding of the day-to-day joys and challenges that families face. My sons journey has taught me the importance of communication, consistency, and compassion in helping children thrive both in and out of the home.
