I try to keep fit and strong by taking time off the care-giving schedule to maintain a certain physique so that I'm able to help people who are unable to transfer on their own, mostly people with disability is my specialty. Extra duties can include light housework or meal preparation, medication and doctors appointment.

Veteresio has been a wonderful caregiver for my father and friend to me for the last 2 years. His kind, caring, respectful and patient ways were truly a gift to our family during frequent difficult times. Vateresio also had an amazing strong, yet gentle, ability to aid my father with walking as well as transferring from a sitting position to the bathroom and into bed. His careful guidance brought stability and safety to dad's daily movement, often preventing falls. In addition, Vateresio gave meticulous care - dad was always well groomed- and kept laughter through it all while sharing his amazing positive attitude with whomever he came in contact.
