About Julia

Hello all, I am a lower primary teacher with 18 years of experience. I have had extensive training in early literacy instruction and have served as a reading intervention teacher. Helping children to become skilled readers and writers is one of the highlights of my career. If your child is in K-3rd grade, I can provide your child with instruction targeting word attack strategies, phonics and reading comprehension, helping him/her to become a stronger reader. Additionally, I can provide instruction involving the writing process, as well as mathematical concept instruction.
