About Joy

Hey there, I'm Joy, 37 years old and I've been caring for little miracles ( children!) For over 17 years.. I love being with kids and animals too.. When I was a child, I never had babysitters, I was very afraid and only wanted Mommy! So now as a nanny.. I always remember that scared little girl and always put myself in their shoes to make sure they feel safe, loved and understood by me.. even when it comes to discipline.. I make sure the kids know right from wrong and understand consequences for choosing wrong behavior, but I never make them feel that they are just bad, I still want them to feel loved and I also understand that children get stressed and have emotions just like we do.. so I always make sure to take that in account when a child is acting out..
