About Ruth

I have worked as a nanny for six years and I've loved each opportunity. My experience includes caring for up to five children from ages 1-week-old, to 10 years old. I am in my element when caring for both babies and children. I'm passionate about supporting their development in each stage, and recognizing each child's personal interests. I believe it's never too early to start reading to a baby, and so I love to incorporate regular reading sessions with any age. During play sessions I let the child lead. I am aware of their creative development and work to cultivate that within them. I look for opportunities to connect with each child in meaningful ways so that they can learn to feel comfortable with me. My time as a nanny has nurtured and cultivated my compassion, patience, and love. I have the perspective that a child's well-being is most important in any situation. I feel so fulfilled and happy when caring for children. My goal is to be a blessing in your family's life!
