I started out as a tumble and cheer coach, so I'm used to matching kids' energy, whether that means running around outside or just sitting and listening when they need it. For me, childcare isn't just about watching kids, it's about making them feel comfortable enough to be themselves. I love doing crafts, playing outside, or just chatting with them about whatever's on their mind. Every kid is different, and I try to meet them where they are.
