I am a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with nearly two years of experience supporting children with special needs through behavioral therapy. In my role, I have helped children build communication, social, daily living, and coping skills while creating a safe and encouraging environment for them to learn and grow. I have experience providing one-on-one support, following individualized goals, using positive reinforcement, and celebrating each child's progress along the way. Before working professionally, I also gained personal experience caring for my nieces and nephews, which helped me develop patience, understanding, and a natural ability to connect with children. I truly enjoy helping children feel confident, supported, and valued while being someone families can rely on.
