I love working with special needs kids as a nanny or ABA therapist because it allows me to make a meaningful impact on their lives, helping them develop essential skills and improve their quality of life. My degree in Early Childhood Education with a focus on special needs equips me with the knowledge and strategies to tailor interventions effectively, fostering growth and independence in each child. Witnessing their progress and knowing I'm contributing to their success is incredibly rewarding and fulfilling.
