About Jordan

Hi! I'm Jordan. I bring over 6 years of professional teaching experience to my work in childcare. I hold a dual Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education, and I am currently pursuing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I started as a preschool special education teacher through Teach For America, where I worked closely with 3-5-year-olds in an early intervention program. I later worked as an art teacher and spent 4 years inspiring self expression in children aged 5 through 11. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I have training in CPR and first aid. In the role of teacher, tutor, or nanny I am empathetic and kind while also maintaining clear and consistent boundaries. My approach to childcare balances warmth and structure. I look forward to being a trusted, caring presence in your child's life.
