About Joni

Hi there, I'm Joni and I've been babysitting around the Lake Oswego/Portland area for 7 years! I'm looking for a part-time summer position starting Aug till mid-Sept 2026. Currently, I'm a sophomore at UO Honors College. Growing up, I had the best relationship with my babysitters who were accommodating, caring, and creative; I carry this in all of my work. I have experience preparing meals for children with dietary restrictions and am certified in CPR and first aid. I love playing board games, doing crafts, baking, and special outings like the lake when appropriate. I'm kind and silly, but firm when needed and will work with you on any challenges your child may run into. I have a clean driving record and can help with transportation, household tasks, and pet care as well. When I'm not in school, I love to dance, try new food, travel, and spend time with friends and family. I'd love the opportunity to get to know your family and am happy to provide references!
