For two years I worked in a preschool which combines working with the children, running the preschool (planning lessons, snacks, and more), meeting with parents, as well as taking Early Childhood Development and Family Education courses. Justine has been an amazing teacher and caregiver in our preschool for the past two years. She is warm and friendly with children and parents, absolutely knowledgeable in typical and some atypical child development, and she is someone we rely upon consistently for her work ethic and attitude. She is outstanding! I know that Justine truly, in her heart, cares for the children and families she works with, and she is always willing to do whatever a child needs to help them achieve to their potential. She is someone I would love to have work with my own children, if I had a need! I know that she will be a phenomenal caregiver to many types of families, and I cannot speak highly enough of her!
