About Jocelyn

Hello my name is Jocelyn! I'm 18 years old, live in burnsville Minnesota, and have been babysitting for a few years. I have references. My minimum rate is $18 an hour. I want to make sure that kids can feel comfortable to be curious, to express themselves/regulate in whatever way feels best to them. I'm definitely an empath which is what has led me to successfully connect with the needs of the child that is entrusted in my care. In my spare time, I like to read books & manga. analyze television shows, taking naps with my cat, and obsessing over kpop. One thing you should know about me is I have a lot of experience with mental health & have some extra knowledge in that area. I think that it has had an impact on the way that I can tune into people's needs. My skills include being firm with a gentle approach, being patient & allowing children space to attempt to do things for themselves such as pouring a cup of milk, & being able to handle distressing emotions a child might have.
