About Liliana

I'm Lili and located in Minneapolis! My love for working with children started early. I grew up helping my mom with my three younger siblings and her in home daycare. That experience sparked a passion that eventually led me to pursue education as a career. I'm now an elementary teacher and K-2 Team Lead, with experience teaching both Kindergarten and 1st Grade. I've also worked with children from infancy through elementary age in childcare settings, including Montessori and nature-based programs. Those experiences shaped the way I work with children today, and I love incorporating hands-on, creative, and child-centered approaches into my work. I'm passionate about creating a safe, encouraging environment where children feel comfortable being themselves, trying new things, and learning at their own pace. I'm patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoy getting to know each child and their unique personality. I'd love the opportunity to get to know your family and support your child!
