Joanne helped us with our 3 young boys for the last couple of years. We had the best experience with Joanne and would be still be happily working with her if our family work situation had not changed. She was very flexible and supremely helpful for a really busy family helping out with whatever we needed around the house and with the kids. She was definitely part of the family and we will miss her!
