Jessica is one of my mom’s night shift caregivers and she does a very good job with: peg tube use, making sure my mom has eaten and accompanying her, as well as performing hygiene tasks (brief changes, helping with clothing changes and teeth-brushing). She is also accustomed to taking vitals and notifying us of any unusual changes. She performs patient transfers smoothly, and is conversational in both Spanish and English with my mom. We are glad to have her on night shift! Thank you, Jessica!
