I would absolutely recommend Jenny to be your nanny - my wife and I hired her for our then 6-month old when we both were returning to work. The plan was to hire her for 6 months before putting our son into daycare but she was so amazing that we kept her on for an extra year! She immediately came in and helped put him on a schedule which helped tremendously with his napping/sleeping problems, she cooked for him everyday, played and engaged with him to help with verbal and motor skill development, did his laundry - really went above and beyond what we were expecting. At this point we trust Jenny with our son more than most of our family and friends.
