About Melissa

I have a genuine love for working with children, especially with infants. I've spent three years as a daycare toddler teacher caring for children from newborns through age two, and I also have extensive babysitting experience with children ranging from newborns to 12-year-olds for family, friends, and other families. Through this experience, I've developed a strong understanding of how important the early stages of development are-something that's only been strengthened as I work toward my degree in psychology. I take pride in being attentive to each child's individual needs and supporting their emotional, social, and developmental growth. I especially love engaging in educational play that encourages curiosity, learning, and healthy development, all while making children feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
