After our initial call with Jessica, we called her a minute later to set up an interview, and then hired her almost immediately after. It was one of the best decisions we could have made for our daughter. Not only is Jessica beyond qualified to keep children safe, she was extremely instrumental in our daughter's development and making sure she hit every milestone, and kept her entertained and happy all the time. She cared for her as we would and our daughter loves her and talks about her all the time.
