Hello! I'm Jennifer, and I bring over 25 years of experience working with children and families, including operating a licensed childcare program. I hold a degree in Family Studies, which supports my strong understanding of child development and family needs. I'm passionate about caring for the whole child and creating safe, nurturing environments where children can grow socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically. I have extensive experience in infant care and know how important it is for babies to feel secure, comforted, and consistently cared for. I also have a background supporting children with developmental and special needs, using patience, individualized care, and strengths-based approaches to help each child thrive.
