About Jennifer

For over 10 years, I've been helping elementary students unlock their potential. I hold a graduate degree and am a certified teacher experienced with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and student accommodation plans (504). I believe every student can succeed with the right support. My approach involves actively listening to students and adapting my teaching with visual aids, hands-on activities, and open discussions. I break down complex problems to build momentum and celebrate every success. Communication is key, so I provide regular updates to parents to foster a collaborative learning environment. I tutor Math, English, and Special Education at the student's home or library. Seeing a student's confidence blossom is the most rewarding part of my work. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I'm excited to help your child thrive!
