About Alyssa

As a tutor, I strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students can build confidence, strengthen skills, and develop a love of learning. I am an Adjunct Professor and Clinical Field Supervisor at Rowan University with over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, special education, and instructional leadership. I specialize in developmentally appropriate practice, evidence-based instruction, and individualized learning support for children in preschool through elementary grades. My background includes mentoring teacher candidates, designing engaging curriculum, and supporting diverse learners, including students with disabilities and English language learners. I work with families to create individual goals based on student needs.
