I have been a house cleaner for 10 years. I not only house clean. I have helped run errands and take to appointments. I have a client right now who has ALS. I take care of whatever she needs. I'll take care of sweeping the front porch, pulling some weeds, changing bedding, opening food containers and drinks for her, washing and putting away laundry, playing with her dog and she trust me to put her pills in a weekly pill reminder container. I'm going start taking her to doctors appointments since you can't drive anymore. I used to help take care of my parents. I would take them to their doctors appointments. I would take notes while at the doctors office m. I would go grocery shopping for them and do their laundry. I would do yardwork. I would make meals for them. I even helped get their insulin shots ready for the week along with their medication pills. I pretty much managed my house and their house alike.
