About Jess

Hello! I'm the oldest of 6 kids, and I've worked with kids and people all through high school and college. I plan on continuing to do so throughout my life! I have taught gymnastics and swimming, so I have lots of experience keeping kids safe and active. I spent some time in high school working one on one with children who were struggling in their schoolwork, trying to help them catch up. Most recently, I ran the kids ministry at a local church which gives me insight into working with families and helping kids learn through developmentally appropriate activities and games. I love talking to people, and I'm organized and a quick learner! In the spring, I completed my Master's degree and wrote my thesis on the Effect of Exercise in Children. Now, I work as a research assistant studying vestibular health and am looking for part time work to supplement my income, ideally in the evenings. I'd love to get to know you!
