I have over 10 years of caregiving experience, beginning in the U. S. in 2015. My career has included roles such as Direct Support Professional, Lead Staff, Financial Coordinator, and Program Coordinator, giving me expertise in both hands-on care and administrative responsibilities. I hold an Associate's Degree in Business Management and Administration, which has strengthened my leadership and organizational skills. Alongside my experience, I have completed extensive training and certifications in safety, personal care, therapeutic options, individualized support planning, nurse delegation, bloodborne pathogens, food safety, and CPR. My caregiving philosophy is rooted in respect, empathy, and a commitment to improving quality of life.
