About Jake

I have personal experience with taking care of the elderly. My grandmother suffered from dementia for the past few years before she passed away a few months ago. During that time I assisted with managing her medication, changing her adult diapers, wiping her face when she ate, and keeping her company during her lucid moment. The most valuable lesson I had to learn was how to help her while also maintaining her dignity. I believe I can leverage that experience to help others in a similar situation.
