I have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education with or without disabilities and a lifetime of experience with individuals with special needs. Growing up, my favorite cousin had Down Syndrome, a feeding tube, and was only able to communicate through some basic ASL which he inspired me to learn. It was useful at my first teaching jobs where I worked with many children on the Autism Spectrum. I quickly became the go-to teacher for medication administration, nebulizer treatments, insulin pumps, G-tube feedings, and help with students who were struggling in any way. I took time off from teaching to focus on my own children, but in that time I worked as an ABA tutor for elementary students with ASD and as a PCA for a women with Down Syndrome. My goal in life is to be a part, no matter how small, of making someone else's life better. I hope I can be that for you and your loved ones.

Jaime has been one of our PCAs for past six months. She is always on time, doesn't call out sick and gets along extremely well with our Down Syndrome daughter. She is level headed and able to patiently work with our daughter. I highly recommend her as a PCA.
