Hi! My name is Jailian, and I am a Behavior Specialist with experience supporting children with autism and behavioral needs. I use trauma-informed, evidence-based strategies to help children build communication, emotional regulation, and daily living skills. I have worked closely with families to implement consistent routines and positive behavior supports, creating a structured and supportive environment where children can succeed. I also provide guidance to parents to help reinforce strategies at home. I am reliable, patient, and committed to supporting each child's unique needs while building a positive and trusting relationship with families. I currently have availability midday and evening support.
