About Martha

Making a positive impact on children's lives is my passion. For three years, I've enjoyed supporting families by providing reliable childcare. My experience at Seattle Children's Hospital working with families navigating behavioral challenges, including ADHD, ODD, ASD and trauma, has equipped me with valuable skills I am eager to share. I'm patient, creative, and friendly, and I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational activities with kids aged 2-12. I am comfortable caring for up to four children and am happy to help with carpooling and light housekeeping. I prioritize open communication with parents, following your preferred method to keep you informed. I also follow your lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I have some college experience and personal life experience caring for a special needs child, I speak English and Spanish. I can't wait to bring my skills and enthusiasm to your family.
