About Jessica

I am currently a Para educator and Behavior Technician in Marysville. I have worked with children of all ages and mental capabilities. I have experience working with neurotypical children, children with behavioral deficits and neurodivergent children. I have worked in Applied Behavioral Analysis clinics, schools and home settings. I'm looking to expand on my passion of working with kids as well as providing parent support. My philosophy in childcare emphasizes kindness, structure and empathy. I use reward systems, reinforce good behaviors and hold boundaries through gentle parenting methods. I encourage each child's positive qualities and help them build upon on areas that could improve. I enjoy discovering what each child is passionate about and create an engaging environment involving their passions. As a mom myself, I know how hard it can be to trust someone new with your child, so just know that when your child is in my care, I will treat them like my own.
