About Jade

My goal with little ones is to build a bond rooted in trust, patience, kindness, and healthy boundaries. I love creating an environment where children feel safe to explore, learn, and have fun while being supported through each stage of development. Previous families have described me as efficient, energized, and thoughtful. I have experience caring for children ages 4 months to 6 years old, with the last year focused full-time on infants ages 4-12 months. I'm confident with nap and feeding routines, tummy time, mat play, baby carrier walks, toy and bottle washing, preparing solids, and reading baby cues closely. Outside of work I enjoy walks, trying new restaurants with friends, spending time in the sun, and learning new things. I understand how important it is to find the right nanny match, and I'd be happy to answer any questions! Jade
