About Pamela

Hello! My name is Pamela, but I go by Ela :) I currently work as a Behavior & Educational Support Specialist at a private school in Bellevue. I also work part-time as a nanny for a wonderful family in Lake Forest Park. I've been caring for their two children (ages 8 and 12) for over a year now. I have over 3 years of experience working in school settings supporting children with special needs, and I especially enjoy helping children of all abilities feel safe, understood, and confident. I am patient, dependable, energetic, and always strive to create a positive environment where children can grow while still having fun. I value honesty, communication, respect, and safety above everything else when caring for children. I'm currently hoping to find an additional nannying position so I can transition from my full-time school role into a more flexible schedule while pursuing my long-term dream of joining the fire department!
