About Isabelle

Hi, I'm Isabelle! I'm an academic tutor with several years of experience helping students strengthen their writing, develop essays, and navigate application materials with confidence. I hold an MFA in Creative Writing from NYU, where I've also taught Creative Writing to undergraduates as an Adjunct Professor. I currently work in editorial at TPR, where I've gained deep insight into test prep strategies, standardized exams, and what evaluators are really looking for. I tutor creative writing, academic writing, and English, supporting students at every stage of the writing process. My essays and fiction have appeared in venues including The Paris Review, Conjunctions, and Joyland. I'm passionate about helping students find their voice, build strong skills, and feel more confident in their work, and I'm excited to support your student in reaching their goals!
