About Isabel

Hi there! I have about 10 years of experience providing childcare for children of all ages and in settings such as household nannying, a classroom, and an infant room at a daycare! My special interest in outdoor education and nature enrichment drives me to foster a love of nature and the outdoors in the children I care for. Other kids I've worked with would probably tell you that I'm goofy, love to put together an activity like a craft or a sensory bin, and that we spend a lot of time outside! I also love teaching kids about science and math through experiments, cooking, and bringing up these concepts organically during their day. My experience and training in early childhood development, working with kids with special needs, targeted trainings on supporting kids who hold marginalized identities, as well as my First Aid and CPR certifications, allow me to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children in my care, both emotionally and physically.
