About Hannah

Hi! I'm Hannah. I've been working with kids for 10 years now, and have experience with all ages! I have worked with infants, toddlers, school-age, and teenagers, all in hands-on positions and I have loved it. I am very passionate about the outdoors, and really like to implement that with the children I am working with. I would much rather go on a walk, study plants/insects, and learn all about the world around us than watch TV or be engaged with screens all day. I think that the earth is the greatest teacher a child can have, and it is so important to spend time in nature! I also love spending time creating with children. We learn so much about everyday life through creation and movement, and often in this world, do not get the time to slow down and engage in these activities. They are so important! I have extensive CPR/AED and First Aid training, and feel very strongly about child safety, while also encouraging "risky" safe play.
