About Irene

Hi! My name is Irene , I am 20 years old, and I have a strong background working with children of all ages. I've worked at a summer camp for the past five years, and I'm excited to be stepping into my 6th year as an Assistant Director. Through this experience, I've developed leadership skills, responsibility, and the ability to create a fun, safe, and structured environment for kids. In addition to camp, I have 3 years of experience babysitting and nannying for families, where I've cared for children ranging from ages 6-15 to school-age. I also volunteer as a mentor at an elementary school in Knoxville, Tennessee, through my college, which has further strengthened my passion for supporting children's growth and learning. Whether it's helping with light housework, cooking, planning creative activities, or keeping routines on track, I aim to provide dependable and engaging care. Please reach out for more information.
