About Ione

Hello! My name is Ione, I am currently a 21-year-old undergraduate student. I worked as a youth and intermediate swim instructor at West Coast Aquatics between 2018 to 2022. I was quick to adapt to each student's needs, as well as mitigate melt downs while working and managing additional children. I learned patience, adaptability, and how to make learning fun. I have experience working as a day camp assistant at Camp Killoqua by Lake Goodwin between the summers of 2018 to 2020. This position required me to engage with the campers in a variety of activities including arts and crafts, outdoor games, meal times, camp safety, songs, hiking, and additional summer camp activities. I worked as a nanny for two boys aged 8 and 12 as well as pet sitting for the family. This included travel between activities like tutoring and day outings.
