For the past 10 plus years, I've been dedicated to helping elementary students unlock their full potential. I am a certified teacher with a graduate degree. I empower students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills for long-term success. I actively listen and observe to assess each student's unique learning style, adapting my teaching methods with hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to their interests and encouraging curiosity. Communication is essential, so I provide regular updates to parents to build trust and reinforce learning at home. I communicate with students so they know what we are working on and why it's important. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence grow is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. I am comfortable with pets, have a car, and am available to tutor at centers, online, libraries, community centers, schools, and coffee shops.
