About Kelly

For the past 30 years, I've been helping students unlock their full potential through personalized tutoring and teaching high school English . I hold a graduate degree and am a national board certified teacher,, experienced with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and student accommodation plans (504) I believe every student learns differently. I adapt my approach using visual aids, hands-on activities, and open discussions to create an engaging and patient learning environment. My focus extends beyond memorization. I build confidence by connecting challenging concepts to real-world examples, celebrating successes, and breaking down problems into manageable steps. Communication is key. I provide regular updates to parents, fostering a collaborative environment. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence soar is the most rewarding part of my work.
