Hi, I'm Imani. I'm an early childhood educator with experience in both classroom teaching & behavior support, & I'm currently transitioning into a smaller, more intentional childcare setting. I'm offering care for 1-2 families in a nanny share setup, hosted in the family's home. I would also be bringing my toddler, so I'm looking for families who value a calm, structured, & small-group environment. My approach focuses on: • guided play & early learning • emotional development & regulation • consistent routines and structure • supporting independence with guidance • creating a safe, engaging environment where children can thrive I've worked with children across different developmental stages & understand how to support behavior in real-time while keeping things calm & consistent.
